In Svoboda Winery we cultivate both red and white grape varieties, typical for the Chirpan region: rkatsiteli, dimiat, misket, muscat, aligote,
chardonnet;
merlot, cabernet, and pamid. The grape is obtained when it reaches full
commercial ripeness and is ready to go through the wine-making cycle. The best batches
of wine are deposited in barrels for maturing. After reaching the optimum quality
the wine is bottled and left to age.
The
winery is equipped with up-to-date fermentation machinery that allows
optimization and control over the processes of vinification, ripening,
stabilization and bottling. It is a modern complex with
a complete production
cycle that
begins
with the grape and finishes with a bottle of wine.
