For Sale: 4 wineries and 2 land plots designated to be wineries

   

 

Biotest EOOD is offering for sale each of the following 4 wineries which are at different stages of readiness to operate and 2 land plots designated to be wineries:


 

1. The Svoboda Larger Winery - operating.

Located in the village of Svoboda, municipality of Chirpan, opposite the railway station.

Designated land plot: 7,000 sq.m.

Floorage area: 1,400 sq.m.

Capacity: up to 700,000 l of wine/year.

The latest permit for operation of this winery is from 2006. 100 % completed. Operating.
 

Together with this winery Biotest EOOD is putting up for sale up to 400,000 sq.m. of land for a vineyard. This land is 300 m from the winery. And also, 83,000 sq.m. of existing vineyards. The winery is adjacent to a third-class road. A roundabout of the Trakia highway is located at a distance of 3 - 4 km. The land plot designated for a vineyard is visible from the roundabout. A freight railway station is located at 50 m from the winery.

 
The winery has tanks and other equipment for primary wine production. 50% of the vessel volume is in chrome-nickel. Also, available: bottling facility 500 bottles/hour, distillery equipment, laboratory, weigh bridge and wine sale shop.
 
Biotest EOOD has signed lease contracts for about 1000,000 sq.m. of vineyard on the territory of the municipality of Chirpan at distance from 2 km to 40 km from the winery. Biotest EOOD can re-lease these vineyards to the future owner of the Svoboda Larger Winery.
 

Together with the Svoboda Larger Winery Biotest EOOD can sell also its network of wine sale shops. This network consists of the following 5 company shops for sale of strong drinks:

  • Shop in Stara Zagora, 60 sq.m. - very good,  owned by  Biotest EOOD
  • Shop in the village of Svoboda, 90 sq.m. - owned by  Biotest EOOD
  • Shop in Stara Zagora, 20 sq.m. - hold under a lease
  • Shop in Kazanlak, 15 sq.m. - hold under a lease
  • Shop in Kazanlak, 30 sq.m. - hold under a lease

 


The shops have their permanent customers and ensure the sale of several hundred tonnes of wine annually.

The Svoboda Larger Winery also provides outsourcing for its permanent customers.

The Svoboda Larger Winery has several hundreds of wine in stock which can be sold together with the winery.

The Svoboda Larger Winery is located on the same site as the Svoboda Smaller Winery.

2. The Svoboda Smaller Winery
 - has a permit for operation, not furnished with equipment. Can start operation within 2-3 months.


Located in the village of Svoboda, municipality of Chirpan, opposite the railway station.

Designated land plot: 7,000 sq.m.

Floorage area: 650 sq.m.

Optimal capacity: 350,000 l of wine/year.

Holds a permit for operation as a winery as of 1995. Underwent repairs in 2006.

Completed construction. Presently not furnished with wine production equipment. Can be furnished and re-commissioned within 2-3 months. As it holds a permit for operation as of 1995 there are no formal obstacles for the legal operation of this winery.

 

Together with this winery Biotest EOOD is putting up for sale up to 200,000 sq.m. of land for a vineyard. This land is 200 m from the winery. The winery is adjacent to a third-class road. A roundabout of the Trakia highway is located at a distance of 3 - 4 km. The land plot designated for a vineyard is visible from the roundabout. A freight railway station is located at 150 m from the winery.

 
This winery is suitable for application of actions under the Rural Area Development Programme, that is, funding for the process equipment.
 
Biotest EOOD can provide vineyards under lease to the new owner of the Svoboda Smaller Winery, and also sell 83,000 sq.m. of own existing vineyard.
 
The Svoboda Smaller Winery is located on the same site as the Svoboda Larger Winery. If purchased together with the larger winery, it can be very useful as a representation part, sale shop, etc.


3. The Rupkite Winery - holding a construction permit for a capital repair. It can start operating after 1 year.
 

Located in the centre of the village of Rupkite, municipality of Chirpan.

Designated land plot: 1,000 sq.m.

Floorage area: 1,000 sq.m.

Capacity: up to 200,000 l of wine/year.

 

Constructed in stages in the last 70 years. Presently, the building is free of any structural deficiencies.
 
 
Together with the Rupkite Winery Biotest EOOD is offering for sale 60,000 sq.m. or more of land for a vineyard at 5-6 km from the winery.
 

The winery is located 8 km from a roundabout of the Trakia highway.

 

The Rupkite Winery is exceptionally suitable for application of actions under the Rural Area Development Programme, that is, funding for construction works and process equipment.

4. The Vinarovo Winery - repairs completed, in the process of obtaining a permit for operation, not furnished with equipment. It can start operating after 6 months.
 

Located in the centre of the village of Vinarovo, municipality of Chirpan.

Designated land plot: 740 sq.m.

Floorage area: 290 sq.m.

 

Capacity: up to 50,000 l of wine/year.

Constructed before 40 years, of exceptionally rigid structure.

 
Together with the Vinarovo Winery  Biotest EOOD is offering for sale 22,000 sq.m. of operating vineyards, and also up to 70,000 sq.m. for a vineyard.
 

The winery is located 7 km from a roundabout of the Trakia highway.

 
The Vinarovo Winery is suitable for application of actions under the Rural Area Development Programme, that is, funding for the process equipment.

5.  Bliznets designated land plot
 - a clear designated land plot suitable for the construction of a winery.


Located at 700 m from the village of Bliznets, municipality of Tvarditsa.

Designated land plot: 4600 sq.m.

Capacity: to customer's requirements

 

The land plot has a front site of 150 m adjacent to a first-class road between Sliven and Kazanlak. It holds a designation for the "construction of a petrol station, gas station and wine house".

6. Chirpan designated land plot - a clear designated land plot suitable for the construction of a winery.


Located at the main street of Chirpan opposite a petrol station.
Designated land plot: 690 sq.m.

Capacity: to customer's requirements.

II. Biotest EOOD offers to perform all works related to the design, construction, equipment and commissioning of the non operating wineries.

Biotest EOOD offers to plant new vineyards.


Biotest EOOD offers assistance in the form of services required for the production activities of each of the wineries concerning grape growing, wine production and keeping of documentation as required by the authorities.
